◎小規模農園

おめぐりファーム 山の麓で、自然界のあらゆる生命のつながりを大切にしながらお米や野菜、果樹を育てています。 2020年に初めての米作りをしました。 自然農やパーマカルチャーの考え方を取り入れ、その土地その土地にあったやり方をまだまだ模索、実践中です。 日本ミツバチが手作りの養蜂箱にきてくれるよう花の種をまいたり、山の環境を整えるために広葉樹の植樹をしたりもしています。 現在、農作物を調理するキッチンや温室の建設も進めています。

◎ Natural Farming & Permaculture ”Omeguri Farm”

At the foot of the mountain, we grow rice, vegetables and fruit trees while valuing all the connections of life in the natural world. We have grown our first rice cultivation in 2020. Incorporating the ideas of natural farming and permaculture, we are still exploring and practicing methods that suit the land. We also sow flower seeds so that Japanese honeybees come to the beehives, and native plant broad-leaved trees to improve the mountain environment. Currently, we are also constructing an outdoor kitchen and a greenhouse for cooking agricultural products.
